The above table clearly reflects the proportion of funds allocated for various entering levels. How to register ?
FINNCITI adopts semi-open registration system. Any new account registration must be recommended by a registered account. New developer needs PIN Code when registering an account with this Company whereby the developer has to be aware of the legality of the PIN Code. If an illegal PIN Code is bought and discovered by this Company, the account will be sealed by the Company. (Each PIN Code has an owner. Only the owner of the PIN Code or authorized person of such PIN Code can sell the PIN Code. Before buying a PIN Code, you can inquire for the information of the owner from the seller and send the information to this Company for verification.) The account will be permanent and cannot be cancelled after the developer successfully registered. The developers have to read all the necessary information before registering and shall not request to cancel the account or request for refund for PIN Code based on any excuse.
Simple explanation after registration
Screen Name and Account Number System:
Every account shall have corresponding account number (ID); different account number can use the same Screen Name. The accounts with the same screen name uses same personal information, heir information, bank information and password to log in to the same Virtual Office. Therefore, accounts with the same screen name have to be transferred to the same person at the same time during account transfer.
Three-Level Password System: Each account has three levels of passwords for different functions.
System Maintenance Fee Policy:
Policy enforcement effective 01/01/09.
Each account has to guarantee to have enough money in their account by 1st of each month to sustain for account maintenance fee. Maintenance fee and payment time notification is available in the Summary function in the account summary. Accounts that do not prepare maintenance fee on time will be suspended temporarily. Accounts that do not prepare or reimburse maintenance fee for three months continuously will be suspended permanently.

RP Account Funds 30-Day Cancellation Policy:
Finnciti provides that funds in RP Accounts must be used to buy robot within 30 days, else, will be cancelled by the system. Developer has no right to request Finnciti to reimburse for RPs that was cancelled. What is RP ? I presume RP stands for ( Reentry Point ).
30% buy back rule:
30% buy back applies to each selling transaction regardless of its amount. This figure will pop out in RP Account fund when the selling transaction is performed, the unit is in EP(e-penny). Remember, RP Accounts must be used to buy robot within 30 days, or it will be confiscated by the system.
